Hey David! Make sure you check out the raw foods that they serve at Cafe Harmony in Raleigh and the juices at Carrboro Raw. They're delicious. :) Next Tuesday at Harmony, we're having a Kombucha/water kefir party and we've got some raw food prep classes coming up in the next few weeks. Check them out!

yes actually all of the foods I eat at home are organic. And I try to support restaurants that offer organic items but their few and far between.
