Thanks Sally! Definitely when you visit AVL, I can give you a head's up on healthy eating establishments. When you do come, you've got to try Laughing Seed Restaurant downtown. They serve Veg., Vegan, and Raw Foods! Hubby and I ate their last September when we came up for my high school reunion and it was excellent. Great menu. Excellent teas.
