The Living on Live Food Level 1 Class was right on target! Just what I needed to start my journey toward preparing raw foods with a touch of class. I'm talking not just preparation folks, talk about tasty, the food that we were taught jointly to prepare was totally delicious. Yep, you guess it. It was hands on, no boredom, everybody got a chance, perfection in the kitchen with Rob and Kelly. We ate the whole time. Smoothies, pate's, zucchini primavera, broccoli Salad, and topped it off with banana Ice cream and chocolate sauce, talk about a heavenly treat! We learned about the benefits of raw food, kitchen equipment, where to shop and how to set up and stock your kitchen. Rob even gave us a guided tour of his divine garden, right outside their kitchen door. It was wonderful to see Kelly and Rob work as a team, it was quite evident they enjoy what they are doing as much as they enjoy each other. We received certification and had an awesome time. I'm now ready for Level 2.
